Bioinformatics is a way of using computing and information technology to analyze and understand biological data.
What kinds of events does your club put on?
Our club hosts workshops and tutorials at all levels of difficulty and for all faculties to participate in. Our events range from beginner coding workshops geared toward students in non-science faculties to advanced data analysis workshops geared toward graduate students working on their theses.
What kinds of coding languages do you work with?
While members of our team work with all sorts of languages, our workshops primarily focus on R and python.
